    Contenuti

    Il corso si propone di fornire agli studenti basi teoriche e competenze pratiche per la conduzione di un colloquio clinico, la conoscenza dell’importanza del setting terapeutico e la sua organizzazione, il riconoscimento dei materiali forniti dal paziente e gli strumenti a disposizione del terapeuta con cui trattarli, la relazione con il paziente nella prospettiva del transfert e del controtransfert. Inoltre saranno fornite le conoscenze di base sulle peculiarità dello psichismo umano e le differenze tra istinto e pulsione, bisogno e desiderio, sessualità infantile e attaccamento.

    Obiettivi formativi

    Al termine del corso lo studente deve avere le conoscenze e le abilità per:

    Condurre un colloquio clinico
    Costruire un setting terapeutico e riconoscerne la fondamentale importanza
    Conoscere e saper riconoscere le dinamiche transferali e controtrasferali nella relazione clinica con il paziente
    Riconoscere quali sono i materiali forniti dal paziente sui quali è possibile ed opportuno lavorare clinicamente
    Usare i principali strumenti tecnici e terapeutici dello psicologo clinico
    Quali sono le peculiarità dello psichismo umano (il desiderio, la sessualità infantile, l’attaccamento)

    Prerequisiti

    Conoscenze di base di psicologia dinamica e di psicopatologia.

    Metodologie didattiche

    56 ore (8cfu) di lezioni frontali (ciascuna lezione di 3 ore; 19 lezioni) con la possibilità di attività individuali o a gruppi durante la lezione. Ogni modifica di orario, giorno e luogo verranno comunicate tempestivamente agli studenti.

    Metodi di valutazione

    Esame orale nel quale verranno valutate le conoscenze acquisite dallo studente sui diversi temi del corso e le sue capacità di collegare criticamente i diversi ambiti e di sintetizzarne gli aspetti rilevanti, e le sue capacità di esposizione e di proprietà di linguaggio.
    L'esame consisterà in un colloquio con 2 domande di ordine generale sugli argomenti indicati nel programma, eventualmente le risposte lo rendano utile saranno richiesti approfondimenti, e atto ad accertare il livello di conoscenze e la capacità di elaborazione critica dei contenuti del programma.
    In particolare, verrà valutato il livello di conoscenza dello studente nei seguenti aspetti:
    Obiettivi e metodi di un colloquio clinico di consultazione.
    Importanza e significato del setting clinico/terapeutico.
    Il transfert
    Il controtransfert
    Materiali forniti dal paziente
    Strumenti tecnici e strumenti terapeutici
    Sessualità infantile e attaccamento
    La prova sarà valutata in 30 (trentesimi).

    The course aims to provide students with theoretical bases and practical skills for conducting a clinical interview, knowledge of the importance of the therapeutic setting and its organization, recognition of the materials provided by the patient and the tools available to the therapist with whom treat them, the relationship with the patient in the perspective of transference and countertransference.     Course objectives

    At the end of the course the student must have the knowledge and skills to:

    What are the peculiarities of human psychism (desire, infantile sexuality, attachment)

    Prerequisites

    Basic knowledge of dynamic psychology and psychopathology.

    Teaching methods

    56 hours (8cfu) of lectures (each 3-hour lesson; 19 lessons) with the possibility of individual or group activities during the lesson. Every time, day and place change will be promptly communicated to the students.

    Evaluation methods

    Oral exam in which the knowledge acquired by the student on the different topics of the course and his / her ability to critically connect the different areas and to summarize the relevant aspects, and his / her skills of exposure and language properties will be evaluated.
    The exam will consist of an interview with 2 general questions on the topics indicated in the program, if necessary, the answers will make it useful, in-depth studies will be required, and aimed at ascertaining the level of knowledge and the critical processing capacity of the program contents.
    In particular, the student's level of knowledge in the following aspects will be assessed:
